“I called Carl to see if he would be able to replace a door handle that was broken off from my car while I was at work last week. He got my information and ordered the part immediately. He got it painted and got me into the shop to install it for me ASAP.

He was extremely courteous and friendly, and answered all of my questions. I was frustrated about this happening to me, but he made sure to get me taken care of quickly and efficiently. And it only took about 20 minutes!
